• Have lived on the Costa del Sol for at least one year.
• Have worked in the real estate industry for at least one year.
• Intend to live permanently on the Costa del Sol.
• Speak fluent Spanish and have good knowledge of English. Swedish is a plus!
• Dream of running a office and becoming a successful entrepreneur on the Costa del Sol.
