In the role of Real estate agent at Svensk Fast, you will be responsible for leading your own sales end-to-end. That means connecting with clients on both sides of the contract and successfully build credible relationships. Within Svensk Fast you will be a part of an experienced and open team that all works towards the same goal; To grow and develop Sweden’s biggest independent real estate brand in Spain.
- Specialist client support
- Ongoing customer consultation
- Acquisition of new objects
- Presentation and sale of properties
- Valuation of properties and client meetings

To quickly take on the role as a Real estate agent within Svensk Fast we would want to see that you have previous experience within sales and most likely experience within the real estate industry.
Furthermore, we would like to see that you:
- Experience in working in English and Spanish , written and verbally.
- High digital knowledge with good computer skill and MS-office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), general experience with CRM systems.
- Good local knowledge of Fuengirola and the surrounding areas.
- Driving license and good driving skills are essential.
- Additional language skills are considered as a big plus.
- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
