Svensk Fastighetsförmedling’s largest office in Spain, located in Torrevieja, is looking for a dedicated real estate agent to strengthen our team. If you have a strong interest in sales and are driven by achieving high customer satisfaction, this is the place for you. You will join a dynamic team of 11 professionals working actively to find attractive properties, match clients' needs, and help a diverse range of customers find their perfect home.

About the Role

As a real estate agent in Torrevieja, you will be responsible for:

• Initiating contact with potential buyers and conducting needs assessments
• Meeting with clients planning to purchase a home in Spain
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing different areas
• Supporting clients with housing-related inquiries

You will have the support of a team of dedicated colleagues and access to smart tools that allow you to maximize your efficiency. This way, you can focus on what you do best – selling properties!

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives on customer interaction, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is committed to exceeding customer expectations. With our support, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales techniques and grow both professionally and personally.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in sales, preferably proactive sales
• Strong knowledge of Torrevieja and surrounding areas
• Additional language skills in German, Spanish, Flemish, French, or Polish are meritorious
